Nick has released a new version of the free PSP video converter PSPVC today. The program easily converts just about any video format to a format that is compatible with your PSP.

PSPVC v3.71 changelog:

[*]Added another video-display in preview-mode so you can compare the result with the original picture before converting
[*]PSPVC can now be changed into 40 languages
[*]Unlocked the bitrate for OFW users
